Managing Your Affiliate Links

Overview

The Affiliate Link Dashboard helps you manage and track the performance of your affiliate links. View total earnings and clicks, filter links by brand, control their visibility on your public page, and access detailed analytics for each link.

View Total Performance

To understand your overall affiliate link success, view your total performance metrics. This displays cumulative earnings and clicks across all your links on the main screen of the affiliate link page.

Select Performance Metric

To focus on specific performance aspects, toggle between "Earnings" and "Sales" to change the time metric displayed in the performance graph.

Adjust Timeframe

To analyze performance over different periods, select a different timeframe from the dropdown menu. This adjusts the period for which earnings and clicks are displayed.

To analyze links for specific brands, use the brand filter. This updates the performance data and link list to show only those related to the chosen brand.

To see your links categorized by brands, click "Brand View".

To quickly find a specific affiliate link, enter keywords into the search bar. This filters the list of affiliate links by URL, title, or name.

To control which affiliate links appear on your public shoppable page, click the eye icon next to a link. This makes the affiliate link visible or invisible to your auto-generated shoppable page.

To see how your shoppable page appears to your audience, access your public page directly from the affiliate links dashboard. This allows you to verify link visibility and presentation.

To examine the specific performance metrics and history of an individual affiliate link, click directly on the name of the affiliate link in the list. This opens its detailed view.

To understand the individual performance of a specific affiliate link, review the summary section in its detailed view. This displays key performance indicators: clicks, total sold, total earned, and transaction status (approved, pending, rejected).

View Transaction History

To track individual sales and earnings for a specific affiliate link, scroll down to the transaction history section within its detailed view. This displays a chronological record of all associated sales.

To permanently delete an affiliate link and stop all associated tracking, select the option to remove the link from its detailed view. This action ceases its functionality and data collection.

Deleting Stops Tracking

Deleting an affiliate link permanently stops all tracking and removes its historical data. We recommend to make your link invisible to keep your historical link data.
