The Brand has created a code specifically for you. If you have any questions regarding your promo code, please contact the respective brand through the chat feature on the platform!

If your promo code or unique link is not working or isn't active, please contact the respective brand using the chat feature within the platform!

Please ensure you have used the correct tags and hashtags in your content as mentioned in the contract so our system can accurately track it.

It takes us a few hours to track the content in our system. If you have just posted it, we recommend waiting at least 24 hours.

If your content hasn’t been tracked after waiting 24 hours, please share the link to your post and a screenshot of each of your stories with Lilly at lilly@creatoropportunity.com. She will review it and manually mark it as complete if it meets all the requirements of your contract.

Unless otherwise outlined in your contract, there is no limit; you are required to meet the brand's requirements before posting.

If you do not complete the campaign for any reason that is not approved by the brand, you will lose access to all future brand opportunities via Creator Opportunity by the platform. See “ 3.) Consequences of Non-Completion” in our Influencer Agreement, which you attested to agreeing to upon application, for more details.

To avoid this, please reach out to the brand using the “Chat” feature immediately to request an extension of your deadline.
