Respond to Brand Messages

Overview

Manage your brand communications efficiently by checking your Inbox regularly for new messages. Unread messages are marked with a dot, allowing you to quickly identify and respond to brand inquiries.

Inbox Review

Access Inbox for Direct Communication

Log into Creator Opportunity and open My Inbox to view all your conversations with brands. This central location allows you to manage direct communications.

Identify Unread Messages

To prioritize new communications, look for the dot indicator on the right side of a message in your inbox. This dot signifies unread messages requiring your attention.

Alternative Path to Inbox

Access My Campaigns to find brand messages directly related to your active campaigns. This ensures you address communications within their relevant campaign context, especially when a message task appears at the top of the page.

Message Interaction

Open a Conversation

Select a message from your inbox or a task within My Campaigns to open the conversation. This action displays the full chat history with the brand.

Type and Send Your Response

Reply to brand messages by typing your response into the chat bar at the bottom of the conversation window. Sending your message notifies the brand, enabling continued communication.
