Cancel Your Creator Opportunity Pro Membership
Cancel your Pro membership to stop recurring subscription charges. Manage your subscription and prevent future charges by completing the cancellation process.
Access Your Account Settings
Log In to Creator Opportunity
Access your account settings to manage your Pro membership. Log in to Creator Opportunity. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select "My Account" to open your personal settings.
Navigate to Membership Details
Locate your current Pro membership status and the option to modify it. From your account settings, navigate to "Membership Details".
Manage Your Subscription
Open the Subscription Management Portal
Initiate the cancellation of your Pro membership by accessing the subscription management portal. On the Membership Details page, click "Manage Subscription" to open the external system where you control your subscription settings.
Complete the Cancellation Process
Finalize your cancellation to ensure your Pro subscription does not renew. Follow the instructions within the subscription management portal to cancel your Pro membership. If you encounter difficulties accessing the portal, try using a different browser or an incognito window. Contact support if you cannot log in to your account.
Portal Access Tip
If the subscription management portal does not load, open it in a private or incognito window to avoid common browser issues.
Delete Your Account
Account deletion is not available directly through Creator Opportunity. Submit a request through the support ticket form. The support team will review your request and provide further assistance.
