Chat Directly With the Brand

Overview

Establish direct communication with brands for your campaigns. Access campaign chats from 'My Campaigns' to exchange messages and manage your collaborations.

Campaign Communication

Access Your Campaigns

To view all your influencer marketing campaigns, open the top-left drop-down menu and select "My Campaigns". This action displays a list of all campaigns you are involved in.

Select a Campaign to Message

To message a specific brand, locate the desired campaign in your "My Campaigns" list. Use sorting options to find the campaign quickly and prepare to initiate communication.

Open the Campaign Chat

To begin messaging a brand for a selected campaign, click the "Chat" button associated with that campaign. This action opens the dedicated chat window for direct communication.

Chat Button Availability

The 'Chat' button is visible after campaign acceptance. Pro-level members can message brands directly, up to a monthly limit, without prior campaign acceptance.

Send Your Message

To send your message, type your content into the input field within the chat interface and click "Send". This action delivers your message to the brand, enabling them to reply directly.
