Check Campaign Payment Status

Overview

Verify your campaign's payment eligibility by checking its status. The system confirms content requirements are met prior to initating the payment process. Review the contract tracker's progress report to ensure content compliance and make necessary corrections.

Access Your Campaigns

To check the status of your marketing campaigns, navigate to your campaign list. Select "My Campaigns" from the top left dropdown menu to view all active and past campaigns.

Select a Specific Campaign

Locate and select the campaign you wish to review from your list to view its specific details and prepare to check its status.

Contract Tracking

Access the Contract Tracker

Open the Contract Tracker for your selected campaign to review its progress and payment status. Click "Contract Tracker" to access the detailed report.

Review the Progress Report

Examine the Progress Report within the Contract Tracker to understand your campaign's current standing. Scroll to this section to see the completion status of all required tasks.

Check Payment Status

Determine your eligibility for payment by checking the Payment Status in the Progress Report. If the status displays "Not Yet," the system has not yet confirmed that you have met all campaign posting requirements.

Requirement Verification

Review Full Contract Requirements

Ensure your content meets all criteria for payment by reviewing the full contract requirements. Access "View Full Contract Requirements" from your progress report to confirm specific hashtags and brand tagging instructions.

Confirm Hashtags and Tags

Confirm you have used the exact hashtags and tagged the brand correctly as specified in the contract. Correct tags and hashtags are necessary for your content to be marked complete and eligible for approval. Incorrect tags or hashtags will prevent content completion.

Incorrect hashtags or brand tags prevent your content from being marked complete, which blocks your payment.

Content Correction

Update or Repost Content

Rectify content that does not meet requirements by updating or reposting it. If direct editing is not possible on the platform, such as with TikTok, you must repost the content with the correct tags and hashtags.

Allow System Update

After you update or repost your content, allow the system approximately six hours to process the changes. Your payment status will then update to "in progress" once the system confirms the corrected post.

Payment Processing Timeline

Your contract stipulates that the payment can take up to 30 days after content is posted (for posting campaigns). If posting is not required, then the payment process starts at the time the brand approves your UGC content.
