FAQs

  • What is the status of my application?

From the time you apply to a campaign, brands will have 6 weeks to determine whether or not they think you are a good fit for the campaign. If you have been selected for a campaign, you will receive an acceptance email from lilly@creatoropportunity.com! If you have not been approved for a campaign, you will receive an email letting you know you have not been selected.

(Note: With a Pro subscription, you will receive exclusive insights into why brands have made their decisions for any rejections.)

  • You can see the content guidelines, deadline, and everything else about your collaboration within your signed contract. To see this, go to My Campaigns, and then select “View Contract”.

  • If the campaign you’ve been selected for includes a physical product, you will receive your product once it has been shipped by the brand, you can view that here-

    Log into creatoropportunity.com

Scroll until you find the correct campaign.

    Click "View Content Tracker."

You can view the ‘Package Status’ under ‘Progress Report’.

If there are any shipping delays, you can message the brand directly using our in-platform chat feature.

If your contract requires you to purchase the product yourself, you will be required to share proof of receipt with Lilly at lilly@creatoropportunity.com to receive your reimbursement amount.

  • Basic Subscription: If you need to get in touch with the brands that have selected you for collaboration at any point throughout the campaign process, you can contact them using the chat feature within the platform.

Use this once-per-month message to pitch why you’re a perfect fit for their brand and that specific campaign. Check out our resources on how to communicate with brands (Pro Subscription Required).

If you need to get in touch with a brand that has engaged you as a brand partner at any point throughout the campaign process, you can contact them using the chat feature within the platform.
